About Dawn:

I am delighted to be teaching at A Fine Balance and sharing this wonderful practice that will bring balance to anyone’s life. I first found yoga in 2013 as I was recovering from injury after spending many years playing and coaching team sports. Yoga helped me shift my mind set, from always pushing, into taking care of myself first. That’s not to say yoga is not a challenge, I always aim to challenge my students, but in a way that is rejoiced and comes from within, where connection with self is always honoured, where breath, balance, clarity, self love are precedent. Yoga has become my tonic through much turbulence and I wanted to learn to share this gift to others. I completed my teacher training in 2018 and I consider myself a student on a lifelong yoga journey. You will be most welcome to join me wherever you’re at on your journey. If you’re in doubt about yoga, take the first step and give it a try. It truly is a gift with many benefits that I’m so excited to pass on. Namaste, Dawn x
