About Gemma:

After taking my first yoga class 6 years ago, I finally found something that made me feel amazing both physically and mentally! Becoming a yoga teacher and being able to share something that I am so passionate about has been a dream come true! I love to teach in a mindful way, bringing presence to our asanas and pranayama, connecting mind, body and soul. Reminding you of the importance of self care.

Qualifications

• 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga qualification

• 40 hrs Yin Yoga training

• Sound Healing training
