HOW TO REDEEM:
£5 discounts on workshops, courses, 121s and therapies - are applied at checkout or email us.
Invite to member events - this happen at least once a year so keep your eyes pealed for the next one.
PAUSE OR TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT MEMBERSHIP?
If you wish to cancel / terminate your monthly autopay membership please follow the instructions below. These memberships are self-cancellation only. They cannot be cancelled by email. Please note, cancelling will mean you can no longer access the studio or use any remaining passes on your membership, it takes place with immediate effect.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ROLLING AUTOPAY MEMBERSHIP?
Cancelling can only be done to relevant rolling autopay memberships only (see your contract commitments for details). Please note cancellation takes effect immediately, so you will no longer be able to practice with A Fine Balance / book classes once you click to cancel. You can freeze / pause membership for up to one month instead by emailing us: hello@afinebalance.me
STILL WANT TO LEAVE US AND TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP?
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Click the ‘CANCEL MEMBERSHIP’ button below and log in.
2. Go to ‘Account’ tab – you should be taken there automatically after logging in.
3. Scroll down to ‘Autopays’ section and click on ‘Terminate’ next to the name of the membership you wish to cancel.
4. Lastly, confirm cancelling by clicking ‘OK’. Remember, this means you can no longer use remaining passes on your membership - it terminates all access to A Fine Balance with immediate effect. You can pause for one month instead, see below?
