A modern full-body Pilates workout designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and build balanced strength. Expect flowing, controlled sequences with bands, weights, gliders, and light resistance — all layered to music that keeps the energy high and the body moving.
Accessible for all levels with options throughout. Not suitable during pregnancy. Postpartum clients may join from 6 weeks with medical clearance.
