A thoughtfully designed 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training for dedicated students who want to deepen their practice, build confidence and learn how to teach yoga with authenticity, skill and integrity.
Whether your goal is to teach or simply immerse yourself more deeply in yoga, this training offers a modern and practical approach that blends traditional yogic wisdom with intelligent movement, anatomy, sequencing and real-world teaching experience.
Throughout the training, you'll explore:
• Asana, alignment and intelligent movement
• Vinyasa sequencing and class design
• Anatomy and physiology
• Pranayama, meditation and mindfulness
• Yoga philosophy, ethics and lifestyle
• Ayurveda and energetic practices
• Teaching methodology and practical teaching skills
• Teaching labs, observation and mentorship
• Confidence, communication and authentic leadership
Led by Hannah Horne, Founder of A Fine Balance, alongside a small number of carefully selected guest teachers and specialist educators.
Training Format
• 11 immersive training weekends
• Online learning and coursework
• Self-practice, reflection and observation
• Practical teaching experience and assessment
• Will be Yoga Professionals accredited 200 Hour certification
This training is designed to help you grow both personally and professionally, whilst developing the skills, knowledge and confidence to teach meaningful, high-quality yoga classes.
