New Moon: Tarot, Energy Alignment & Sonic Attunement

The new moon is a natural threshold, a moment of stillness before new energy begins to build. This workshop invites participants to pause at that threshold, to release what they've been carrying and set clear intentions for the cycle ahead.

Through tarot, energy alignment, and sonic attunement, each person will receive a brief individual tarot reading offering personal insight and guidance. They'll then be led through a meditative inner journey combining restorative breathwork, guided visualisation, and live sonic attunement, using voice and sound to clear, replenish and attune the energy field.

The session blends:
• Restorative breathwork to settle the nervous system and open awareness
• Guided visualisation to clarify intentions and release stagnant energy
• Live sonic attunement to lift, replenish and align the energy field
• Individual energy support with gentle hands-on work offered with consent

Open to all levels. No prior experience with tarot, meditation or energy work required.
