Fundraiser: Alternative Friday Night Yoga + Sound Bath for British Red Cross in Palestine/Israel

  • A Fine Balance Studio 173 Saint Marys Lane Upminster, Essex, RM14 3BL United Kingdom (map)

Our Alternative Friday Night Out: Yoga and Sound Bath fundraiser for the Red Cross

The human misery we are seeing unfold in Israel and Gaza is devastating and can understandably leave us feeling helpless as a community.

Join Nicola and Gemma, and come together as our community, to raise funds for the British Red Cross who are on the ground offering humanitarian support in Israel and Gaza where people are in desperate need of help. All money raised will be donated directly to the Red Cross via our justgiving page.

An alternative way to spend your Friday night, a very special 90-minute session crafted to offer grounding, balance and peace as you wind down your week. A timely pause as we witness what is happening in the world right now.

  1. Feel the special energy and power of our collective community as Nicola guides you through 45 minutes of chanting, meditation and mindful movement.

  2. Gemma will follow with a 45-minute sound bath, where soothing sounds and vibrations wash over you, encouraging profound relaxation and restoration. The resonating tones of crystal singing bowls will lull you into a meditative state and promote a sense of deep relaxation.

Come, join us, and let this workshop help you find those moments of inner peace. Dress for comfort and warmth. No yoga experience or physical fitness required.
If you cannot make the session, you can still support our community’s efforts by donating here

How to book:
