How we can get to know them, play with them & help heal them.

Many of us carry stories from our childhoods, that shape who we become as an adult. This can show up as behaviour patterns, defense mechanisms, abandonment issues or trauma. It can impact our creativity, personality and how we go on to parent our children.

Acknowledging our inner child can be very healing.

During this workshop we will connect to our inner child. We will do some journaling, sharing (optional) and a healing meditation.
