Melt & Rest
Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, and Somatics
So many of us walk around carrying so much, not only mentally but in our bodies — in our muscles, our joints, our fascia, our nervous system — some of which goes unnoticed because it’s been there for so long.
Melt & Rest is a 2 hour practice combining Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, and Somatics to help you soften from the inside out and understand what it means to rest in both movement and stillness. Using cork balls, Pilates balls, bolsters and blocks, we work slowly and gently into the places where you hold, releasing tension and inviting your body to rest.
No experience needed. Just bring yourself and your curiosity.
What to expect:
A short introduction to the practice so you know what’s happening and why, followed by guided movement, release and stillness. All mats and props provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

• You carry tension in your body and can’t seem to shift it
• You’re tired
• You struggle to rest properly
• You’ve never tried Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, or Somatics and are curious
• You feel that you want to slow down and be held for a while
