Summer Solstice: Tarot, Energy Alignment & Sonic Attunement

The summer solstice marks the peak of the year's light, a powerful moment to celebrate what is flourishing, honour the journey so far, and align with the abundant energy of midsummer.

This workshop brings together tarot, energy alignment, and sonic attunement to help participants step fully into their own radiance. Each person will receive a brief individual tarot reading, followed by a guided meditative experience combining breathwork, visualisation, and live sonic attunement, working with the energy of the solstice to illuminate, expand and align.

The session blends:
• Energising breathwork to awaken vitality and presence
• Guided visualisation to expand into possibility and celebrate growth
• Live sonic attunement to illuminate and align the energy field at its peak
• Individual energy support with gentle hands-on work offered with consent
