At this two-hour workshop, Tor will hold space for you to authentically connect with your mind, body and spirit to help you channel your most authentic vision for 2024 and integrate that into your daily life.

The aim of this workshop is for you to bring forward embodied spirituality so that you can live from your highest self in 2024.

You will leave the session with a clear sense of how to lead your life from a sense of connection, spirituality and maintain it.

● Tor will guide you through a series of exercises to connect inwards using the breath, gentle somatic movements, visualisation, energy healing and journaling, the tarot, and drawing to channel your inner vision into the material world.
