A Fine Balance Run Club - Upminster (Sundays)

Join us for a run, a yoga class… or both 🤎

A relaxed, social 5KM community run with Kaja — an easygoing Sunday morning meetup to move, chat, and start the day feeling good.

We keep things friendly and inclusive, with regroup points along the way so no one feels left behind.

From Sunday 7th June

8:30am — Meet outside A Fine Balance Studios
Social 5KM community run

9:30/9:45am — Optional coffee stop at Coffee Vibe ☕️

10:15am — AFB Yoga Flow

Run club is free — please book your space so we know you’re coming (spaces limited).

Yoga booked separately as usual via Mindbody.

AFB Sunday Run Club — Participation Notice & Waiver

AFB Run Club is an informal social community meetup organised by A Fine Balance.

These runs are not coached sessions, formal running instruction, personal training, or professionally supervised run leadership. No professional coaching advice, training plans, or performance guidance are provided.

By attending, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You participate entirely at your own risk.
• You are responsible for assessing your own health, fitness, and ability to take part.
• You are responsible for your own safety, belongings, hydration, footwear, road awareness, navigation, and decision-making during the run.
• You understand outdoor running involves inherent risks including traffic, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, trips, falls, collisions, and other hazards.
• A Fine Balance and any individual organising or attending the meetup are not acting as running coaches, qualified run leaders, marshals, or medical professionals.
• Participants must follow normal road safety rules, remain aware of traffic and surroundings, and use their own judgement at all times.
• You understand routes may vary week to week and are shared informally as optional suggestions only.
• You confirm you are medically fit to participate in light-to-moderate physical activity.
• You agree that participation is voluntary and that A Fine Balance, its teachers, staff, and participants are not liable for injury, loss, damage, accidents, or incidents arising from attendance.

Additional Information

• Spaces may be capped for safety and community experience.
• Participants must be aged 18+ unless agreed otherwise in advance.
• Please bring a charged phone and any medication you may require.
• If unsure whether running is suitable for you, please seek medical advice before attending.
