Start your day with movement that feels good: a 50-minute AFB Pilates or Yoga session designed to wake up the body, build strength, and create space.
Then shift gears.
Step into the heat, embrace the cold, and settle into the rhythm of sauna + cold plunge contrast therapy - boosting circulation, supporting recovery, and leaving you feeling clear, calm, and completely reset.
Add in uplifting essential oils, herbal teas, and a relaxed, social atmosphere… and you’ve found it.

The Flow of the Morning
8:30am — Arrive, ease into the space (max 16 spots)
8:40–9:30am — Move: AFB Pilates or Yoga
9:30–10:30am — Reset: Sauna, cold plunge, relax & connect
