Stress less, rest and reset
This would be aimed at anyone needed respite or needing restoration from a demanding life or those experiencing stress or feeling burnt out or those wanting to find more joy in their life.
This is a tailor made yoga class designed to help you give yourself the space to feel calm, more resilient and help promote healing and the integration of our mental and physical health and wellbeing. Drawing on traditional yoga, nervous systemic regulation techniques, breath work, meditation, yoga Nidra and systemic psychotherapy this class is for everyone especially those finding life a bit much and needing to recharge.
No experience needed. Just bring yourself and your curiosity.
What to expect:
A short introduction to the practice so you know what’s happening and why, followed by some gentle yoga, reflection, meditation, breath work and techniques to regulate our nervous systems and end with a yoga Nidra for deep rest. All mats and props provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
