Whether you're completely new to yoga or looking to refresh the basics, this Vinyasa course is the perfect place to begin. You'll learn foundational postures, breathing techniques, and gentle flows in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Each week, we'll build progressively—developing strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence—while introducing the core principles of Vinyasa: moving with breath and mindfulness.
