As Summer takes hold, life can feel busier with less routine and focus on the things that support our wellbeing.

It is vital we keep doing those things that help us find balance in life.

Our Summer Challenge will help you stay focused and happy as we move into the heart of summer. Nothing beats that post-yoga high!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. WHAT - Attend 3 classes per week (each week runs Mon to Sun)


  2. PRIZES - Each person that completes 3 classes each week (18 in total) will win £25 Sweaty Betty Chelmsford voucher, an A Fine Balance vest and some delicious YogiTea. The person that attends the most classes will get 50% off their September membership.


  3. HOW - Add your name to the Challenge Board in studio or email us to add if joining online Hello@afinebalance.me. You must log each class attended with the stamp (or email us for livestream classes).


  4. TELL EVERYONE - Share your practices on social media and tag @afinebalancestudio

How do I track my class?

When you have attended an in studio or livestreamed class, add your stamp to the Challenge Poster in studio or email to do so. We would love to see your journey so please take photos and tag us on socials @afinebalancestudio

What pass do I need to purchase?

You don't need a special pass. You can find all of our pricing options here: www.afinebalance.me/prices - choose whichever option works for you.

What if the classes are fully booked?

It is best to book ahead to secure your spot or join us online.

Do workshops & courses count?

Of course they do!
